Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Available delivery methods and rates are shown at checkout for your address and items. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping costs vary by product, quantity, destination, and delivery method. Your available options and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Free US shipping is available on orders with a merchandise subtotal of $65 USD or more after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Eligible shipping options appear at checkout.

Production and delivery estimates

Our products are made to order. Standard US delivery is generally estimated at 5–11 business days for apparel, tote bags, and hats, and 6–11 business days for journals; these estimates include production and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Express delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days for eligible shirts and US addresses when offered and selected at checkout. Timing depends on when the order enters production, the destination, and the available service.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances can affect timing. Items made by different production partners may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send tracking information when it is available. If your order is delayed, missing, or could not be delivered, contact us promptly at info@critterchaos.shop with your order number so we can investigate. Please check your delivery address and, when appropriate, the carrier tracking or local post office. We will review the situation and explain the available resolution, including any rights that apply under law.
